EPAM Systems Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

There are 3 rounds of interviews for me. One is with HR and two technical interviews. In technical they will ask different questions like ACID, Java Memory, Multithreading, OOPS. My Interviewer is very cool person. The interview went very smooth

I have 3 round interview process where as per HR Priyanka Srivastava I have cleared all the interview rounds and she ask me for written confirmation that I'm joining epam for sure that I have provided too and she ask me to put the paper in my current organization as the selection is confirmed. On the next day she told me my profile is rejected and I have to go for one more round of interview today's morning after interview they told me interviewer given a feedback that I'm doing shopping with the organizations and I'm not technically strong I don't know without any offer in hand how i can do shopping with an organization and without technically knowledge how can I clear 3 technically rounds interview. I'm very disappointed with the company where management make a company reputation down And if they don't want to hire you they will put false allegations on your profile where you already got selected one day before.
