I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EPAM Systems in Jan 2020
Interview
The complete process is really long. Many interviews and a slow and not agile process. How can a company who is evaluating a candidate on agile matters can not implement these principles internally? I believe they are looking for the perfect fit before making you an offer. In my opinion there is never a perfect fit , people can always and should always learn on the way. I guess they never consider people as the most important part of their processes and they are not an agile company at all.
If you like to really work with agile, look for companies who were born with digital culture, otherwise is a fake.
