EPAM Systems interview questions

I got a n E-mail followed by telephonic call from the recruiter, about Skype interview for the said position. But they rescheduled due to non availability of HR person. After multiple reminder calls finally it happened. It is SKype interview, connected from Belarus. After that there is no information or call from local recruiter, It shows the values of the company towards candidates. One of the lead recruiter profile in LinkedIn says" If I viewed your profile I may have a role for you" unfortunately she didn't selected me.
