Applied for a director level position in IT. I first had a screening interview with HR in Minsk, and then with the Hiring Manager (a Senior Director) and then the Head of Global Operations. I was then flown to Minsk for a much longer interview/organization-overview of the company. After this face-to-face interview in Minsk, I was offered a position, starting in Budapest. I made a counter-offer based strictly on the medical benefits I needed to take this position. EPAM was not willing to provide the benefits necessary for me to take the job, so I declined the offer. The entire process was very long (8 months).
