I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Pune City) in Dec 2018
Interview
I was having vary bad interview experience with EPAM. No management, No preocess.
They called me 10 times for FF and when I attended Interview, they only asked me 1 question.
Do you know Angular 6 and any live experience with Angular 6 ?
And interview done.
HR told me JD as
Strong proficiency with JavaScript ECMAScript 5, 6,
Reactjs,
Angularjs,
Requirements and specs analysis;
Scrum events participation;
Good understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
HR should understand the requirement before calling candidates.
I skipped other companies interview calls and by travelling almost 25-30 km and invested 4 - 5 hours for this Interview.
And they wasted my time and whole saturday.
If company wants only Angular 6 people, so they should mention only that technology in the JD.
And call only those candidates.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Hyderabad) in Jul 2018
Interview
Simple and fair process yet a challenging interview - by the time you come out of the interview you'd understand yourself if you are suited for the role - it's not about making it to EPAM, it's about making it to the perfect role. The questions are very much aligned with project needs and hence help decide if the opportunity presented is right for one attending.
