EPAM Systems interview questions

Two Technical+1 managerial+HR Technical rounds : In depth concepts of core java.Collections,Multithreading,scenario based question.Simple coding problem to be solved with pen and paper. Technical round is good. HR kept delaying the next schedule for managerial rounds. Not receiving the calls or didnt responded to mail. Eventually after 2 weeks I was told the position they were hiring for be kept on hold due to delayed projects and stuff. Luckily I got to know someone from my friends got the offer for same position and same role,since his was on quite a lower salary with his current package. Please consider candidates give thr 100% for interview..thr time,conveyance and if recruiter are not serious enough it may harm company's reputation.Respect others time and call candidates only if the company is having bandwidth / budget /positions for hiring.It shows company has got some real plans,otherwise it clear enough.

There were 2 rounds. One with the practice head and his team member. Another with client technology director. It was mostly related to my previous work experiences on big data technologies, as I was being interviewed by the big data practise. The client interview was more interesting and holistic comprising algorithm, designs and architecture.
