Interview

There was written test, day after completing HR informed me stating change in pattern and I need to take the exam again. Worst ever experience, HR did not even had time to greet candidates, Security team conducted written test.Pleas stay away from such a stupidious process.

Interview

Two of phone screening went well. Team decided to move further with me and tried to schedule skype calls with live coding. Recruiter failed to schedule interview after many attempts 5+ and then just went totally silent and stopped answering emails.

HR contact me via the LinkedIn. He was really professional. I had about 1-hour video call with HR. He explained everything: What does EPAM do, how relocation process would go etc. They give me 2 weeks for preparing the technical interview. The technical interview lasted for about 1 hour. In few days I got an offer.

Question 1

Questions were for about Spring framework, Java Streams, algorithms and data structures, concurrency programming, design patterns. The technical interview would go very well if you have just good working experience. My friends also had the interviews for the same position and they told me that it was really difficult (they did not got an offer). Anyway, I think it depends on you.
