EPAM Systems interview questions

The first step was with HR manager. She found me somewhere like Linkedin and proposed to discuss new position in their company. She provided me all information she knew about project and product. Than we arranged skype techniqual interview with 2-3 specialists in Agile. Mostly experienced Agile coaches who work in EPAM at least 5 years. Than i would have been interviewed by Delivery manager

Three rounds: 1st round is HR Round, 2nd Round is Tech Interview, and 3rd Round is Resource Manager. I didn't make it past the Tech Round. HR Round - was the easiest, although a little boring. Having to listen to the entire history of the company as if it were Apple Inc. At the end, they gave me four short screening questions prepared by the Tech team. These were easy, although they could have framed the questions more specifically. Tech Round: This was mostly questions from the Swift Book - from the basics of Swift structs and classes, ARC, to Automated unit testing. Interview was over one hour long and I had to write code examples on the whiteboard to explain the concepts. I was honest about what I knew and what I didn't. Interview panel was really nice and the overall experience was quite pleasant. Work environment was very warehousey and so I didn't mind not getting in.
