one technical round followed by one managerial round for the company. two technical rounds for client. The rounds for client can differ depending on the client that you are getting interviewed for. The kind of questions also depends on client. They might ask framework related questions OR data structures & algorithms related, depending on client.

First technical discussion, where the techincal panel is holding off 10 years experience, but where they don't have common sense to handle people who came for interview. They make interview candidate down by their activitives. They need for training how to treat candidate in interview. Hr people are very nice and polite. But the candidate who are taking techincal interviews are very bad behavior. It's very good if you people are keeping 10 years experienced candidate in panel, but please make sure that the panel is having good way of communication and patience to handle the people in smooth. Make candidate feel comfortable. might be epam will pay more but if this continues, company loose the repetition in the market. Hope these will be taking care
