EPAM Systems Senior Business Analyst interview questions

The technical interview process is very well structured, it should be noted that in order to do interviews, EPAM people take courses and are certified as a technical interviewer. The questions are very wise and relevant. It's not a conventional interview. Overall I liked it quite a bit

After a short pre-screening I got the technical interview. I'm still in the process so don't know if I'll get the offer. I'm very happy with how fast and simple the hiring process is. The technical interview is very textbook oriented. I think in order to pass you need to fit a tight box. And considering I answered everything in a very non-conforming way, I won't be surprised if they pass me on.
