EPAM Systems Senior Developer interview questions

The interview process is a bit long. Got the interview via a referral from a friend. Had an initial phone call with HR. Followed by 2 technical interview rounds each lasting for about 1 1/2 hour. Then had 1 managerial discussion round.

- The interview process included a soft skills interview and three technical ones. The first technical one was in the form of a coding challenge quiz. The second one was a 90 min interview with technical background questions. The third one was also technical but more to find the strengths and the profile adaptability with projects on the portfolio.
