The first contact was from Human Resources, we agreed about the position I would to have, salary, benefits… the second step was the technical interview, I had received an email with details for that, and I supposed to be asked for experience, frameworks knowledge, capacity for solve problems, unfortunately that was more a kind of memory test with questions like “tell me the command to do…” or “how many bits has an array with n positions”. When I asked for feedback, the interviewer just told me that was not his task, that should be given by the recruiter. It was a shame because I asked for feedback thinking about him as a technical referent who could give me guidance about my pain points
