My interview process at EPAM began with participation in a training course organized by the company. The course lasted approximately two months and focused on developing both technical knowledge and practical skills relevant to the role.
After successfully completing the course, I had my first technical interview, where my understanding of the material and problem-solving abilities were evaluated.
Following that, there was a waiting period of about three to four months before I was invited to a second interview. This stage involved further technical discussion.
After successfully completing the final interview stage, I received a job offer.
