EPAM Systems UX Lead Designer interview questions

I received an interview request for the UX Lead Designer position in Berlin. They gave me a time and a date all by themselves without even consulting me if I am fine with the given time and date or not. On the day of the interview (Online), I waited for over 30 mins but they did not come online. It was the most unprofessional experience I ever had in Germany in the last 5 years. There was an E-mail address given with the interview invitation, I emailed that person and did not hear anything back from her either. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
