Phone call 1st stage - internal recruiter interview. Video call 2nd stage - head of dept interview. Video call 3rd stage - VP of dept interview Interviews were comfortable with no set tasks, just portfolio showcasing and competency questions.

The interview process was smooth. There are few parts: interview with HR, test task (in some cases), then interview with a tech specialists (in my case it were other designers).
