Audit process consisted of three steps:
-English, numerical reasoning, accounting tests;
-Interview with HR;
-Interview with principal.
The difficulty was below average if compared to university exams. I've spent less than a week to prepare considering I had no skills in accounting. The main point was to be persuasive and self confident.
first interview with HR, then some accounting exercise such as what happen to liabilities if this particular scenario appear, and in the end a call with a senior and a junior.
Applied online and got the interview. Prepared 1-2 minutes and several experiences. Question: why audit and why EY? The strength... to be auditor? Any challenge .... you met in the past?
