The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Houston, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
The hiring team made the most of my time by combining interviews. Everyone was extremely friendly and showed enthusiasm for their working experience. Interviewers asked specific questions related to my past experiences, and gave every opportunity for me to ask them questions about the company.
3 rounds, including a case study. Very classic consulting interview you could imagine.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at EY (Neu-Delhi) in May 2026
Interview
I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
