The hiring process was fairly simple. It helps to know someone within the firm. EY prides its self in hiring through referrals. The interview was a behavioral interview. The question were more about why you chose EY or aduting. The interview was pretty casual, and the recruiters were kind

They asked why I chose auditing and a few questions about the course I have taken
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
