Interview
The whole process took me about one month, 1st interview was on campus, 2nd was on site.
1st round was pretty easy. After two weeks, they invited me to the 2nd interview. There were much more candidates invited to the office than I expected. In the 2nd interview, 2 managers interviewed me. Each took half hour.
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
