I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
First an interview with an existing Manager and Senior Manager discussing past experience, where I see myself in the company and such. This was followed by a Partner interview, again discussing similar things but in more detail, explaining what skills I bring to the company. Finally a couple of interviews in a row with a director and another Senior Manager in another office which was more around what they are working on now, how I could contribute and what my expectations were.

Interview
I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
