I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (Helsinki, Südfinnland) in Feb 2013
Interview
I applied online and got very quickly an invitation to proceed. First there was an online test, then first interview with manager, second interview with senior manager, third interview with director. Second interview lasted like 2 hours, was pretty intense. Finally I was made an offer, but wasn't totally happy. There was no room to negotiate salary and benefits and they didn't adjust them despite I had a lot more experience than some other people who were hired for the same role.
