I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY in Apr 2012
Interview
I started off with a series of phone interviews. These were mostly informational - Ernst and Young trying to get to know me, while I tried to get to know their division. The last phone interview was more technical, and included a few technical questions about 'What would you do in Situation X?', as well as a few standard 'Tell me about a time when you...' interview style questions. After these, I was invited for in-person interviews.
