The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2011
Interview
First interview took place on college campus, it consisted of a "meet and greet" where you talk to a staff 1 or 2 for 20 or so minutes...it is a very casual conversation..then you were interviewed by a senior manager typically..they asked about 4-5 questions...they definetly look for personality. Especially for audit, they want someone they can see interacting with their clients. If you made it passed the first round interview, then you would do a office visit. My office visit conisisted of 3 interviews by senior managers and/or partners, and also a lunch with staff/seniors. It was a long day (probably around 5 -6 hours total) because they also do a office tour, presentation, etc. The whole interview process from first round interview to offer probably took 3 weeks.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What makes you a better candidate than other prospective hirees
Try telling stories to impress the recruitment team, and it's kinda hard to do so. Also the timer appearing when answering quiz, all the things are making you nervous throughout the one-way video interview.

Question 1
Any experience of leadership?
Any experience of failure?
First round behaviourals and casing, second round plain behavioural with motivation etc. The casing was audit related, with some technicals and then a case about a small firm, and expected difficulties and other regarding auditing.
The interview process was pretty smooth, with the interviews being virtual, and more of a walkthrough of my resume with multiple interviewers. I also found that preparing for follow up questions and pitching myself as a candidate through stories in college was a very helpful approach.
