I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY in Feb 2018
Interview
First, contact with an HR by email requesting a 20 minutes call.
Second, contacted to schedule a 30 minutes call with a professional. The professional asked me to reschedule at the last minute.
After two weeks and a follow-up with HR, a meeting was requested. Again the interviewer asked me to reschedule the meeting.
The 3rd meeting was very awkward and the interviewer looks not be interesting and appear to be multitasking. It very difficult to talk about my skills and experience in a 1:1 meeting if the other person doesn't interact with you.
It was clear that the professional was not interested.
All this process took 2 months.
3 rounds, including a case study. Very classic consulting interview you could imagine.
Be well prepared and show your industry knowledge. Present your answer in an organised manner
Also, show your can do attitude as it is important
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at EY (Neu-Delhi) in May 2026
Interview
I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
