Interview
1. Dropping of Resume.
2. Initial round, resume's are filtered on the basis of number of attempts in qualifying CA.
3. if you have done article ship from a reputed firm then you will be preferred, and should have good audit exposure.
4. 1st round will be general round....asking personal questions and moving forward with the educational & professional qualifications.
5. Technical Round: they can ask general questions on all the companies covered by you or can select some companies and ask questions in details....like if you have written some cement company in resume they may ask you the following questions
a. wat is the turnover.
b. does it have any exports.
c. when is the sale recognised.
d. major RM for mfg cement.
e. from where is the lime stone procured.
f. on wat basis the royalty is paid.
g. freight charges paid to bring the lime stone in the factory.....how it is treated?
h. lot more questions on it.
what i mean to say is they can select any particular company from your resume and ask n number of questions only on that company.
6. if you qualify the technical round then they will call for partner round: not much quesstions are asked....just recent updates and some questions on practial expereience.

Technical questions on particular company was asked...that was unexpected.
