Interview
I did the pre-recorded video interview, and it took me about 30 min-45 min to complete. They ask you 5 questions and they were all general behavioral questions. You get to re-do it 3 times, and the time limit is 3 minutes. At the very end you also get to re-look at your videos.
first interview with HR, then some accounting exercise such as what happen to liabilities if this particular scenario appear, and in the end a call with a senior and a junior.
Applied online and got the interview. Prepared 1-2 minutes and several experiences. Question: why audit and why EY? The strength... to be auditor? Any challenge .... you met in the past?
