I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
Prompt, to the point, involved a case study and 4 separate visits to the offices. The atmosphere was very friendly and calm and they emphasised more the cultural fit and person than actually your resume.

After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
