It was nice, recruiters are very kind. The career events held by EY are definitely worth joining, as you can have some talks with people from the firm and impress them. That will make your application process smoother.

The interview process for an Auditor role at EY usually begins with an online application and resume screening. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete an aptitude test that checks logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and communication skills. After clearing this stage, candidates attend one or two interview rounds, including technical and HR interviews. The technical interview focuses on accounting principles, auditing standards, taxation basics, and problem-solving skills, while the HR round evaluates confidence, teamwork, communication, and career goals
