I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (Belo Horizonte, ) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard, interview with HR, then interview with the hiring manager. The interviews were more a conversation, I felt comfortable to talk about myself and also to ask. The down side of it all is that there was no feedback at all at the end of the process. I didn`t get the job, but at least I would like to hear back from the company, so that I wouldn't be waiting for a reply.

Interview
I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
