Interview
Straightforward assessment session including group activity, simple aptitude test and one hour X 2 interviews with directors and partners.
Focus on current business issues, behavioral questions. Good lunch provided, plenty of time to reflect on the day.
Good level of information provided in relation to different service lines offered.

round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
