I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Melbourne) in Sep 2022
Interview
- IQ Test - Online case-study and video response type assessment - Online assessment centre with case study in a group - Interview with two senior managers - Phone call with an offer Biggest tips I can give are: 1. Ask your interviewers heaps of questions and be engaged. Try to drive the interview yourself and steer it in whatever direction you want. This will boost your confidence and show some authoritative leadership. Essentially don't be daft and passive sitting there waiting for them to speak. Initiate the conversation and pry into their work and interests. 2. In the group assessment centre be cooperative. If someone takes charge before you don't feel the need to butt them out the way. Just be cohesive and intelligent. The HR team will notice don't worry.

Question 1
Tell us about your journey up until this point. Why EY and why Tech? What achievement am I most proud of? I asked them more questions than they asked me to be honest so that might be a nice tactic. Worked for me.
Interview process is made of some technical questions and soft skill assessment. The interviewer was very professional and assessed very fairly. Some case study was also presented and performance were reviewed

What is supply chain in your definition and what is it like of a bad supply chain and good supply chain
The first interview was with HR and then followed by User Interview (1-3 weeks after the HR interview). They used English mainly. HR interview covered behavioral questions, meanwhile the User Interview was very technical.
First started with application, then practice sessions with group, then on interview day, a group zoom call where you enter a room with the person you will be interviewing with.
