      Administrative Assistant Interview

      Sep 21, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Vancouver, BC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at EY (Vancouver, BC)

      Interview

I heard about the job which was across the street from the place I was currently working. I found the job posting and got the name of the HR person and called over the next morning. I was very fortunate to be able to speak with her and explain that what I had been doing for the past five years mirrored exactly what they were looking for ... She was interested to meet me because the two companies were very similar. I was called in for a formal interview and testing, and reference list needed to be provided.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked what my typical workday consisted of and how I organized my time.
