I applied through college or university. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at EY in Oct 2023
Interview
There were two back to back 30 minute interviews that consisted of almost entirely behavioral questions. Each interview was with one person from the office I was interested in, and they made sure to carve out time near the end of the interview to allow me to ask questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you worked in a group and were faced with conflict and how you resolved the situation.
Try telling stories to impress the recruitment team, and it's kinda hard to do so. Also the timer appearing when answering quiz, all the things are making you nervous throughout the one-way video interview.

Question 1
Any experience of leadership?
Any experience of failure?
First round behaviourals and casing, second round plain behavioural with motivation etc. The casing was audit related, with some technicals and then a case about a small firm, and expected difficulties and other regarding auditing.
The interview process was pretty smooth, with the interviews being virtual, and more of a walkthrough of my resume with multiple interviewers. I also found that preparing for follow up questions and pitching myself as a candidate through stories in college was a very helpful approach.
