Interview
Two "IQ" games and a group interview. Prior to the interview, there was introductions and little seminars about EY and working there. The interview had a lot of behavioral questions which we answered in turns, along with two accounting questions. Highly structured interview, no chitchat with HR or anyone.

Fist step is online tests (both analytical and social), then you have a full afternoon at the company with a presentation of the company, an individual interview and a group work (to see if you're able to work well with others.
