I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at EY in Oct 2015
Interview
I was called by a recruitment agency for the position of Consultant in Internal Audit. Interview process was pretty straight forward. HR and technical took place on the same day. Started with technical. Was asked what I had learned in my last firm in Internal Audit. Also was asked to mention a major observation I had found during my stint there. I was asked why Internal Audit and why E&Y? Apart from that was asked general questions about my family background, schooling, etc. Partner round was telephonic as the Partner was not available for a face to face interview. He just asked me to tell him about myself.
Il s'agit d'un processus de recrutement en trois temps : un entretien avec un manager, un cas pratique relatif au secteur public avec un directeur, puis un entretien avec un associé.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EY
Interview
Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.
