the process was good and smooth. i had to do a psychometric test which was quite hard and it depends on the services that you choose. I can say the difficulty was intermediate
Online assessment followed by a manager interview. The interview was mostly behavioral and based on my resume, with a few industry-awareness questions, and the manager was nice. Received an offer 3 weeks later.
It’s a two part interview. First is behavioral with a manager where they ask simple questions. Second is a case study with a different manager. Overall not very hard but be very enthusiastic and over communicate
