Interview process is fairly standard. You'll be asked to 1-2 phone screens and then brought on-site. When you come on-site, you will be asked a series of Behavioral based questions. The format and length might vary, but every Eaton site follows the same format. Be sure to go into detail and don't be afraid to be honest. Every one has had issues with co-workers and everyone makes mistakes. The HR people are fairly good at maintaining contact, although sometimes it can take a little longer than you'd like to hear from them.
