Initial communication was received from the Talent Acquisition Center (TAC) and was an initial screen. A follow up discussion was scheduled with the hiring manager which included a "Realistic Job Preview." An on-site interview was then scheduled which included a resume review with a panel of trained interviewers and then breakout sessions with teams of 2 interviewers with behavior based questions. Throughout every stage of the process, the people were friendly and professional. For such a structured interview, it was amazing to feel at ease. The follow up was fantastic and the on-boarding process was smooth.
