Eaton Engineer interview questions

Emailed me a day after I applied to set up a phone interview. It was a general phone screen in which the interviewer was making sure I was qualified for the specific job I applied for. It was very easy and laid back.

30 minute phone interview first to confirm you're a real engineer. Then on site for 4 hours, half personal half technical questions. The interview on site started with get-to-know-you questions regarding familiarity with UPS manufacturing. Technical questions regarding power distribution starting from the power pole, to generators.
