I applied early june, received first email for a phone screen 2 months after that. The hiring manager invited me for an onsite interview, which was about 2-3 weeks after phone screen. Travel ,hotel all paid for by the company. I really loved the atmosphere and eaton is a great company to work for. I was a fresh college grad and the position was entry level. They hired a candidate who had experience in the duties listed in the job description. I wish to congratulate the candidate whoever got selected. All the hiring managers who i met (4 of them) during the interview were very friendly. The first 30 minutes were resume review and after that behavioral questions. They use the lominger style questions. All behavioral and it is very important to prepare for them by thinking of examples you experienced. After 10 days , I sent a follow up to know the status of my application and was informed that an experienced candidate was selected. I also received a detailed feedback from the hiring manager for which i am very thankful. Very good company and very friendly people. I would definitely recommend eaton and will keep applying .
