Stage 1: Shortlisted on basis of no backlogs (Dead as well as Active) criteria.
Stage 2: Eaton visited our campus for recruitment. The panel was friendly and asked easy questions from our favourite subjects and internship.

The interview process was quite smooth. The technical questions were asked from the basics. HR round was good too. They asked about my family background, strengths as well as weaknesses.

It was good, just took too long to get an response after the 2 initial interviews. The job description was accurate and was a good fit but they took about 3 months to get back to me and I was already offered a better job with a different company.
