Technical but easy. If u are knowledgeable you can crack the interview.ABC analysis, DOH, min max level, inventory management. Answer these and you should be in. Generally 3 rounds 2 technical and 1 hr.
General negotiate. Employee referral scheme.
Good rewards system.
