I visited their booth at career fair and got a call for an interview. Their system was down when I tried to sign up for an on campus interview. I emailed them, but no one got back to me. Nearing the sign up deadline, I tried again to contact them. They referred me to over the phone interview slots they had available. Two back to back over the phone interviews. First one was rough. The guy seemed to have very narrow expectation of individual morality that shaded his perception of applicants. Second one was much better. Try to be consistent would be my advice.
