First a list of students were shortlisted with the resume
Than we had a technical interview for around 45 min
Various subjects related questions were asked like thermodynamics fluid mechanics som kom etc
Than a HR round for 30 min
Short listing and then directly 2 interviews (one technical and one HR).
There was no qualification test conducted.
Resume short listing was done based on grades and the overall projects

More personality based than technical. There were 2 interviewers of which one was from HR and the other worked there. The interview was very open where you would share more about yourself than the company would share about them.
