Had to give a presentation on myself. At first I thought this was weird but I found the process to be enjoyable because I was able to really highlight my achievements .

Was there a time that you had seen or been asked to do something unethical and what did you do?
Lengthy interview process. Had initial phone screening with HR then was asked to come in to complete an in person interview. Interview was with ~5 individuals on two different boards. Asked questions based on Eaton's values and wanted response in the STAR method.

Interview
I did a phone screen with HR after a delayed response from HR after their intitial contact with me. After the phone screen she gave me a date to expect a call regardless of the outcome and i never heard back. i gave it an extra day and then emailed her again asking for a status update and I was completely ignored. When people take time out of their day to consider you for employment, at least have some respect to respond to their emails.....
