Interview
The screening are done by the talent acqusition team, but an external headhunter may find you as well. This is the 1st round.
The next 1 or 2 rounds are calls with your future teamleaders, leaders.
Then comes an online test which measures differenct skills that are necessary for your position.
Then comes the first face to face interview with your future teamleader and an HR representative.
