I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Ames, IA) in Oct 2021
Interview
2 round interview. They ask behavioral questions. They are very nice and welcoming when talking too. Good people. They are very knowledgeable about the company and welcome all questions. They like it when you are detailed in your responses similar to the STAR or CAR model.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Roxboro, NC) in Feb 2021
Interview
Really good candidate experience. Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn, was very knowledgeable about the role and we moved quickly through the process: manager phone screen and on-site interview handled by local HR. On-site interview was a series of 1-on-1 and panel interviews, lots of behavioral questions. Was during COVID so we were all masked… definitely made things a challenge.
