Question 1
¿Cuales son los tipos de procesos que conoces y cómo has influido en ellos para mejorarlos en cuanto a diseño?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Eaton (Southfield, MI) in Mar 2020
Interview
Straightforward and simple. However COVID made it extremely long between offer accepted and start day. Internal recruiter passes candidate information to HRBP who follows the process for the specific position. Company is not very receptive to salary negotiation, it is better to apply to higher position that to try to negotiate salary.
