The first contact is automated through text messages, which I found to be adequate these days. Then I had an interview with the HR Manager on the phone, then two weeks later another interview with the hiring manager. After that they schedule an in-person interview with 7 people in the plant, I had to create a presentation with personal information and basically the reason why I was a good match for that position.
