1st round with hr was easy and ok, 2nd round was 3 tests - not the easiest, for me it required preparation but could accomplish. 3rd round was directly with the manager /we skipped one round as the team leander was not available/ - he only had professional questions, asking many different questions regarding my experience in this area, told some situations and asked what would I do. In a scale of 5 (if 5 is the hardest) I would say this interview was a 4.
